It is a flat world, held up by a giant oak tree, with a ring of mountains around the edge to keep the water from flowing over. From the tops of the mountains one can see the twigs and leaves of the huge tree Thor’s Oak reaching up. There is only one continent in the middle of the ocean, although Brother Bede would call it an island (and a small one at that).
No, we could not get photos from Nye, but I showed Chipsa many photos and she selected those that were similar to places described in her diaries.
We focus on three geographical areas:
– North Country, including land near Sarah's Shrine and the Bear River
– Ring Mountains, including land near Castra Zaisa
